Accolade Wines is the largest wine company by volume in the UK / Australia and Kingfisher Associates were appointed Project Manager, Cost Consultant and Employers Agent for the relocation of their UK Head office from Guildford to Weybridge.

In addition to the CAT B fit-out of their new reception, office space and break out facilities, the ten week programme on site included the provision of a new Wine Shop with wine tasting and specialist storage facilities. The refurbishment of an attached Grade 2 listed barn provided Accolade with an executive boardroom and further wine tasting facilities, including a feature “wall of wine”.

Kingfisher’s early integration into Accolade’s project team assisted with the management and conclusion of lease negotiations with the landlord and the management of all aspects of Accolades physical move from Guildford.
