This 8 month project involved the complete strip out and refurbishment of existing building to form new UK headquarters for Doosan Babcock. The works included the provision of a £1.3m on-site Data Centre with full back up generator facilities and Kingfisher were responsible for project management and cost control of all works.

The CAT B fit out works included the provision of full on-site catering and canteen facility for staff and visitors together with boardroom / executive office areas. Extensive external works and fabric repairs were also carried out as part of the project.
