Established as a charity in 1869, Family Action transforms lives by providing practical, emotional and financial support to those who are experiencing poverty, disadvantage and social isolation across the country. The charity works with over 60,000 families through their 200 community-based services. Thousands more are supported with financial assistance through education and welfare grants programmes.

Kingfisher Associates Ltd were appointed Employers Agent, project manager and commercial manager for the relocation of the charity’s offices from Angel Gate to Wharf Road. This CAT B design and build project was completed in 10 weeks.
