As part of the relocation of their operations from Highbury, Kingfisher Associates were engaged as Project Managers, Cost Consultants and Employers Agent by Peter Bedford Housing Association for the fit out of their new “hub” operation on the Kingsland Road.

The project was tendered on a Design and Build basis and all fit out works were the subject of a Green Lease, ensuring compliance with the building’s “very good” BREEAM rating. The project included substantial shell and core works with new facilities including café and catering facilities and adjacent training rooms with offices / meeting rooms.
