The focus of this accountancy firm is on private client base of high net worth individuals and their chosen design solution reflects their highly professional but discrete partner-led team approach to client relationships.

Kingfisher was engaged for the project and commercial management of the project which was tendered on a Design and Build basis. The works comprised the CAT B fit out of new office accommodation and boardroom facilities over two floors of recently completed CAT A space.

Having been in their existing office accommodation for nearly 25 years, the client was keen to use the office relocation and fit out to create a “wow” for existing staff and potential recruits. The provision of a feature break out and café area together with dedicated gym facilities was therefore an important part of this project.
