Kingfisher Associates were engaged by the Trust for the project and commercial management of the relocation of their head office from Bromley into Central London. This included providing due diligence as part of their office space selection process through to management of the six week CAT B fit out.

Time constraints dictated a fast-track approach and the whole move process took less than five months from commencement of the search process for new offices through to moving to the new space. The Trust was also keen to use the office relocation as an opportunity to “kick start” a cultural change for the organisation and their way of working and this is reflected in the final workplace design.
