Kingfisher Associates Ltd were appointed as Quantity Surveyors for the complete and complex refurbishment and extension of this 14thCentury grade 2 listed coaching inn to provide 12 boutique guest rooms, restaurant and community pub and bar. The works included the refurbishment of the existing stables and barn buildings to provide additional dining and hotel accommodation facilities together with new roof finishes (including Horsham Stone), a new commercial kitchen, full replacement of all M&E services and extensive external works. The project was completed in 60 weeks.
